For the Cleburne
Ave. Parking Garage, Alliance provided full
geotechnical consulting and construction materials
testing for this 5-level, 334,054 sf reinforced
concrete parking garage. This facility is designed
to accommodate 1,000 cars, associated with the Jesse
H. Jones School of business. The materials used
for the garage will match those used for the School
of Business and include brick, precast concrete
and aluminum. A key design component of this parking
garage is the introduction of a perforated metal
paneling and framing system (Mesh). For the 1,000-car
Ennis St. Garage, Alliance provided full
geotechnical consulting and construction materials
testing. This facility is sited on an existing surface
lot. This first of 3-planned garages houses over
10,000 s.f of retail space on the ground level.
This masonry and precast garage also provides additional
parking for special campus events. |
